Shipping and Returns
We take great care and pride in all our pieces and make sure each product that leaves our warehouse is exactly what you had asked for.
However most of our products are hand dyed and hand woven on the looms across rural India and there might be slight irregularities and differences but we believe these variations only celebrate the uniqueness of being hand made .
Additionally, there might be slight color variations because of calibrations of different monitors and devices despite our efforts to make sure our pictures are as close to the exact product as possible.
Domestic Shipping: There are no shipping charges for prepaid orders pan India. However, for a Cash on Delivery order, there would be a charge depending on the weight of the consignment calculated at the time of checkout.
Please Note: Due to the current pandemic COD orders are disabled for now.
In case of any defective piece from our end, we will replace the same once we have received the said piece. We must receive information in writing from your end within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Also, the items returned should be unused and with all tags and labels intact.
Delivery Time: From the date of placing an order, we would normally take 3 weeks to deliver your order. Orders might be delayed on occasions that are not in our control.
In case you need a garment by a particular date, please reach out to our team and inform us in advance.
International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Please choose your shipping zone while placing your order. Our international shipping charges will vary depending on your location and the weight of the consignment.
Your purchase will be shipped through a reliable courier partner. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your package to arrive. Some areas may take longer depending on customs.
Please note: We do not accept exchange & returns for any order shipped internationally unless the fault is at our end meaning that the product is defective or a wrong item/size was shipped.
We offer exchanges in sizes for all items on our website. If the ordered piece doesn't fit you, please ship us the piece back with a small note of your size requirements, and send us an email at email@example.com or reach us on our WhatsApp number 9007111790. However, you will have to notify us within 7 days of receiving the parcel. Any later than that will not be entertained by us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges and returns will not be accepted for any customized order. A product is eligible for exchange only if it is a standard size order.

Please read item descriptions carefully and note sizes of products. Please also know monitors are calibrated differently and colors, while may be close, may not be 100% accurate.
If you are shipping an item over Rs 2500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Only our non-discounted products of standard sizes may be exchanged. Unfortunately, all sale items are available at their best & final price and cannot be returned.
In case of damaged/defective products from our end, refunds will be initiated within 10 working days.
